In the moment, nothing is ever as bad as you make it seem.
You are breathing right?
You are alive right?
You have much to be grateful for then.
Decisions that change your life are made within the moment.
To not continue with a bad habit is a decision made over and
over within the moment when it arises. It is not forever that you
need worry about. Now in the present is the only time which you
need address. You need not jump into making poor decisions.
You can ponder it as much or as little as you want yet, you truly
always know the answer and what is best for you to do.
Making the right decision for you is what you need to do.
Not harming you or anyone else is the decision to always make.
Once you make the right decision more and more within the
moment it becomes easier and you build strength and courage
to do what is right for you and all.
There is but the moment to do what needs to be done.
Live the life you deserve by doing whats best for all.
You can never take back a bad decision.
Holding off until you make a good decision is much better
than making a fast poor decision. The more we practice
being mindful in our decision making in the moment the better
life becomes for all.

Learn your lessons or they will keep being thrown in your face.
Get fed up with whatever it is that is holding yourself back from learning.
Once you learn the small amount of pleasure provided does not outweigh
the pain it causes to continue doing the behavior it’s time to take action.
This was my thought process that helped me unlearn some very painful
self behaviors. I still to this day am working on my diet which to
most would be almost perfect.
But I do not settle for almost.
I deserve the best as do you!
Slowly but surely deny the urges to do unhealthy behaviors to yourself
by rationalizing the outcome being more painful than the initial
delusion of pleasure they provide.
Realize the truth in this.
Do not feel guilty if you backslide because this is part of the
process of learning(or unlearning in many cases).
Do persist and know that it will get better and better with time…
It takes considerably less time to break unhealthy habits
then it did to make them.
Find solace in this as you persist…
You know what to do!
Now do it!
You deserve the best!

Silence was given to me from a friend of mime.
With eyes wide open he dropped no dime.
As some saw his savory as a naive form of slavery.
He knew with such eyes he was saved from such lies.
Paradise bound,
with love all around,
in a world of pleasure and plenty.
Shhhh….
Patients…
No need to respond.
If those fight below,
you can sail beyond.
The choice of voice,
the choice of reason,
the choice of doubt
is faiths ultimate treason.
The tree of knowledge
knows all and is clear.
If you wait for your answers…
you will find them all there…

There’s an elephant chant,
but the elephants can’t pick up the pieces and run.
For in a forced act with a whip and a crack,
they were taught how to stay in line.
They were taught how to dance and taught how to prance,
in the big top state of mind.
If all that you see is the parade,
then all that you saw was the charade.
Behind the scene they were treated so mean
that their spirits had floated aside them.
Around in the ring they would go
tail to trunk in tow.
Dispirited look in their eyes,
as the crowd clapped and looked with surprise.
The truth is easy to see but hard to handle.
So sad to buy up the lie,
and settle for the scandal.

Feeding time and there’s a fork in the road.
For what you feed is how you will grow.
For one has hunger, doubt and fear,
as the other is free, unknown and clear.
What do you feed?
Do you want to know?
Which way is easier?
How would you know?
False sense of stability laden with insecurity,
taught this ability forgot about humility.
Outside of thinking do you know?
Is this how the garden grows?
The sun shines in and tells me so,
it lays its light on my very soul.
So how would you get from fear to there?
You’d need different thought than which you adhered.
“Oh, different thought but thats not me!”
Is this how you’re suppose to be?

to when you knew,
just how special it was to be you!

We must age to a certain degree but at what rate that we remain youthful is of our own choices and doing to a large degree.
Surprisingly, we can also re-establish many of our youthful qualities that we may have thought were lost for good.
The human body is remarkable resilient in its ability to repair and restore when given the right chemical make-up to do so.
It is truly unbelievable to witness the transition within yourself yet, I myself am living proof of just that.
I once thought that I was old and for all practical purposes, I was.
Overweight, smoking 2 packs a day, drinking alcohol way to much, eating unwholesome foods, lungs were coughing and wheezing through the night.
I have told the story before, yet it is worth repeating.
I am not telling you this to boast or brag for that is not who I am.
Back when I was a drinking, smoking, junk food eating fool, sure enough bragging and boasting and thinking I was better and smarter than others was
precedent in that cruel world I lived in.
Oh, I tell you it’s hard when all you have is that ego strong as all hell to hold on to as your only strength.
It’s hard to see when your in that position. From that view point, life becomes askew, down seems up and up seems down.
Many may not get what I am saying here or many may not want to understand such words of defiance against their own egos.
Who you think you are does not have to be you.
This is worth repeating perhaps, in a slightly different way.
What you have become does not have to be you.
You do not have to continue in the direction you are going.
Having lived an entirely different way then, than I do now has changed the world I see before my eyes.
The world I live in now was incomprehensible to me back when I was old some years back.
It would have been a severe injustice to myself if I would never have broken free into who I am now.
I think we all are in need of improvements, myself included.
I am not done and there now.
There is no done and there.
There is no mission accomplished.
This is life it is an ever learning experience.
When we refuse to learn, when we refuse to grow, when we refuse try new things, this is when we start to die.
This is when we get old.
Our bodies will age with time, but if we decide to give them wholesome food and break away from bad habits youth will be restored.
Be young again, you owe it to yourself no matter what age you are!

Conventionally,
intentionally,
A rhyme,
within some reason.
The thoughts would arrive,
and coincide,
with,
the changing of the seasons.
On the cusp and in between,
is tougher than,
it first may seem.
Spring and fall would play that part,
and paint the world with natures art.
Now summer would explode at life,
as winter would corrode at life.
These two had temperaments not at ease,
where as one may scorch,
the other,
would freeze.
Alike yet different in their ways,
were the two extreme.

is tougher than,

For the better part of nothing,
I found a clearing there,
with space to breathe,
a place so freed.
I found my solace there.
For the better part of nothing,
It is more than blank I see
It is the white,
that frames the sight
around the objects that are to be.
For the better part of nothing,
all sound will travel there
it will amplify and fade
yet always return,
from where it came.
For the better part of nothing,
the non-touch of the touch
the subtle in between,
so light, so soft, so slow
yet felt beyond extreme.
For the better part of nothing,
no boredom do I find.
refreshed, reset,
rejuvenated,
I found my peace of mind.

If life is game to you,
if you’re plotting your next play to do,
then more is loss from you.
There may be monetary gain for you,
yet if the ways are not true,
there will be a significant loss for you,
at such a cost to you.
When your part of that game,
You will have gone far away…
Where have you gone?
How could you play?
When you sell out your soul
for a chance and a roll.
“You” will be lost for paying that toll.
If you want to win at life,
go at it with all your might.
Give all of you, too all you do.
Give all of you to all.
There are no cards worth hiding,
A life of deceiving and conniving is a shame.
So level up and then you’ll see life is not a game!
