The hardest thing to do may be to change your mind.

Despite how difficult it may be it is much better than living

in a mind that is not at peace. You owe it to yourself to live

in a world of peace and love. That world starts within your mind.

Break free of what we are not an become whom we have always been.

Change is not about becoming something new it is about becoming

comfortable in being whom you have always been.

Take away the hate, take away the fear, take away any addictions

or behaviors that do not serve you in your highest form.

Chop away at what you are not and then you will find whom

you have always been. A true warrior will find that he was his

own enemy. Being the peace and love that is your birthright

and true existence will clear away what you are not in doing so

finding the pure love that you have always been and will

forever be…

Learn your lessons or they will keep being thrown in your face.

Get fed up with whatever it is that is holding yourself back from learning.

Once you learn the small amount of pleasure provided does not outweigh

the pain it causes to continue doing the behavior it’s time to take action.

This was my thought process that helped me unlearn some very painful

self behaviors. I  still to this day am working on my diet which to

most would be almost perfect.

But I do not settle for almost.

I deserve the best as do you!

Slowly but surely deny the urges to do unhealthy behaviors to yourself

by rationalizing the outcome being more painful than the initial

delusion of pleasure they provide.

Realize the truth in this.

Do not feel guilty if you backslide because this is part of the

process of learning(or unlearning in many cases).

Do persist and know that it will get better and better with time…

It takes considerably less time to break unhealthy habits

then it did to make them.

Find solace in this as you persist…

You know what to do!

Now do it!

You deserve the best!

I always wondered about that saying.

I know what it’s supposed to imply.

But why?

Taken literally it just makes no sense to me.

Honestly what else is there to do with cake?

Back to the question at hand.

Yes…. you can have your cake and eat it too, if dishonesty, deceit, and manipulation are involved.

There will be consequence to these behaviors, even if you never get caught taking nibbles or eating cupcakes.

Sort of like a diet, the more pure without cheating really makes a difference.

In a righteous way, I don’t see why not.

In an unrighteous way, I don’t see why.

Either way, you can have it and eat it too.

It’s just a matter of what you plan on feeding within yourself.

One way will make you more  full of life. The other will eat at you.

Choices?
