Felt there was always more to say.

But how could I of?

But when should I of?

What words could have prolonged life.

What words could have made him see.

After all, it happened how it was supposed be.

Saw the error though.

Saw the cure.

What was it that caused it?

It couldn’t be fixed by the same way that got him there.

Thought hard.

Prayed.

Pitched in, felt the weight of his heart, fear and pain.

Dug in.

Gave strength.

A man always has a choice.

The choice is always his.

Giving all you have, is all you can do.

When it is our time we give into and accept

our true strength which is our release and our surrender.

We know when it is our time.

When we are to reach out of time and accept eternity.

When we have left the physical life we are of the mind,

where we have always been and will be eternally ever after.

Many times if not in all cases if we choose to notice in ones passing

the connections we have had become even stronger then they were

in the physical plain.

We are one and have always been.

Our love runs deep.

I always felt there was more to say.

Yet, there is always more to feel and understand beyond what words

can describe.

Be your best!

Rise above your ways,

and learn to rest.

Pass each test!

Lives lessons will teach,

let the love manifest.

The ones that are scared

will try to share their fear.

They will try to control you

and take you and scold you.

So lift up your head!

We don’t fear the dead.

We’re way to alive,

to do what they said.

We know of the truth

as knowledge is clear.

Their lies and deceit

will leave them in fear.

No enemies here!

They are not in my mind.

I treat all fairly,

honestly and  kind.

For the better part of nothing,

I found a clearing there,

with space to breathe,

a place so freed.

I found my solace there.

For the better part of nothing,

It  is more than blank I see

It is the white,

that frames the sight

around the objects that are to be.

For the better part of nothing,

all sound will travel there

it will amplify and fade

yet always return,

from where it came.

For the better part of nothing,

the non-touch of the touch

the subtle in between,

so light, so soft, so slow

yet felt beyond extreme.

For the better part of nothing,

no boredom do I find.

refreshed, reset,

rejuvenated,

I found my peace of mind.

The biggest problem with wrong and right is the thought of thinking in such polarities.

I have learned much more from outthinking such thought in life then I have learned

in settling for such easy answers as yes or no.

Pain is not bad nor is it good in my mind. If it had to be seen in such polarity

I would have to see it as good. More accurately I would define it as an indication

of where attention is needed. I cannot heal what I cannot feel. This is why it is

important not to numb myself with medications or foods that do such to

the mind body connection. This is but one example, examine your life as you

go through your day to day activities, are you settling for the easy answers of

“Yes, or No?”. Ironically this can be your new “Yes or No” question to yourself.

It’s not as easy as night and day nor black and white, yet it is much more rewarding,

inspiring, and exciting once we look at life for what it is, rather then seeing it in such

limiting mindful thoughts. After all, if you were to watch the night turn into day, then

the day back into night, while watching the whole day and night in-between, you would see

it is all a gradual change from darkness into light then lightness into dark

over and over again with variances and differences throughout the seasons.

It is not simply night and day.

Gathering steam,

riding through dreams,

tearing out old parts

and mending the seams.

Sorting through old thoughts,

clearing the past,

wiring a new mind,

building it to last.

Now were all suped-up,

wired and sewn,

traveling full speed, into the unknown.

The purity of our diet affects,

the purity of our body.

The purity of our body affects,

the purity of our thoughts.

The purity of our thoughts affects,

the purity of the mind.

The purity of our mind affects

our insights, inspirations, connectedness

and outlook on life!

Oh jeez, I just looked at the temperature now 16 brrrrr…. degrees in Chicago.

I thought it was kinda cold out there on my run today.

It was not that big of a deal though…… Why?

Partially because I am used to running in all types of weather but, more so

because of the mindset and perceptions I choose to embrace.

First off, I never checked the temperature before I ran. I watched no scary news

that said “Bitter cold freeze, bundle up and stay inside!” With that I was open to experience it,

as it is with an open mind and an open body. Well, the open body thing I kind of made up,

that is a way I came up with to go through cold weather. You have to be loose and non-rigid when it is frigid.

I kind of vision the cold wind going through me as I put up no resistance to it. This seems to work for me, with that out of the way I can focus on my running

and the environment laid out before me. I have little time or energy to concern myself with an unecessary mindset of suffering due to

conditions that are out of my control. I adapt to nature and in return suprisingly at times nature adapts to me. The symbiotic relationship

between nature and I puts a smile on my face more times then not. A smile can can take you through many of mile.

This sort of mindset tranfers to other areas of my life. There are many situations in life out of our control. I know the ego does not like to here that.

In my experience it is not the ego that truly gives you the strength to carry on. It’s beyond the ego where the true strength to endure great feats of physical and

mental endurance exist. Life will certainly throw its fair share of trouble and difficult situations our way. Adding suffering to them, adding more pain

by thinking in negative ways only makes it worse. How many times do I have to hear ” I had a tough week I deserve to ______!”. You can fill in the blank.

I have filled in that blank with so  much more pain then was ever needed for more then a decade. I have unlearned much of this and relearned to treat my body and

mind in a good positive way. Filling that blank with something good for yourself is what you deserve. Dealing with situations in the best light that you can when they occur,

rather then building them up all week then adding more pain as an avoidance of it is only creating more pain for yourself. The ego will always tell you “Stay the course… Do as I did yesterday…Why change?”

It is the small voice of reason behind this voice that is worth listening to. Build this small voice moment by moment and in time this voice will become stronger as will you!

Why free will or fate?
Why closer or further from our path?
Why do we always think which such polarity?
In many ways this is because it’s the most rational reasoning for our minds.
I think our hearts know more then our minds. No polarity there.
There is all knowing.
There in the heart is the truth.
There in our heart is our connection to the divine.
In our heart there is no right or wrong, just knowing.
The cleaner and more pure we become the more knowing is availiable.
It’s not all at once though.
Courage and commitement to such purity of mind, body and soul will give you more and more glimpses into the knowledge of the divine.
