My ability to endure is uncanny.

I’ve made some of the same mistakes so many times in my life.

I do know that i eventually learn.

Sometimes i wonder why the heck i would make the same mistakes so many times for sometimes it seemed like i learned nothing knew.

I prefer not to judge myself anymore nor get down on myself no matter what i do.

I’ve learned that!

With that i can make the best of any situation.

Nothing is really ever that painful yet when we add fear and guilt and shame or any other additive that makes matters worse we increase are pain substantially.

That said there is still always a price to pay if you break the natural laws of nature.

I can choose to go through pain peacefully.

I always deserve the best and to love myself with all my actions.

p.s. Spell check states : The pronoun “i”should always be capitalized. Consider “I” instead

I’ve considered and stated : “i” will mention this again “i” does not have to be
capitalized anymore i changed the rules of english “We” does though always. 🙂

I used to think I fought against myself and it was a fight.

“Do this it’s better for me” or “Don’t do that it’s no good for me”.

I gave up that fight and realized what it really was.

I was fighting against what was not me yet it was a habit that I thought was me.

Fighting never got rid of what was not me it kept it where it was.

Giving up the fight and simply letting go of what was not me

was the easy way out of what was never me.

Simply put let it go and what is left is you!

It has been a year now since I touched alcohol it has been effortless not even a

problem at all it was easy I have no issues for or against it, there is no fight.

How often have you fought a dietary habit that is not in your best interest?

Or a behavior in a relationship that never led to resolve but led to the

same old scenerio of discontent no matter how much you fought it?

We attract what we fight and then we are many times caught in a quandary

loop of discontent with no resolve. Frustration insues and we fight harder

which further attracts the fight.

This leads to more fight and less peace with no resolve.

I was not and could not be anything that does not serve the highest of my being.

There is no fight worth fighting I’m stronger than that and so are you!

Serve your higher self let go of all that is not you and share the beauty that is you

with the world!

There were these low lives that thought they were above it all.

For years perhaps decades they put down those they felt were below them.

Oh, if you did not work as much as them or have as much materials or live your

every waking hour for capitol gains you were not of their caliber. You were clearly

below them and were to be put into categories by them looked down upon, treated

as their inferiors. Feelings huh? they had little feelings for they were low lives.

High lives those that are heeding to the highest of spirit those that are at the

highest of their beings put feelings of others and themselves as the highest and

top priority. Feelings and sincere relationships are of top priority for a high life yet a

low life uses manipulation and control, uses a “me” first mentality, uses the world

for their own personal gain and puts this as their priority. If you use the “New World” in which we

now live you will feel used . If you give to the “New World ” we now live in you will receive.

Many are frustrated as of late because they are attempting to use old dark world ways in the

“New World”. The good news is you can always change your ways and the sooner the better. If

you are just for yourself and your family and your political group and your religion and your

nationality or your sex , or any grouping or alienating of others or of the world rather than being

for all the world you are fighting a war within and your freedom and peace of mind is dependent

on you being a high life and answering to whom you truly are which is a soul of higher purpose.

Relinquish your suffering and let go of what you are not for your own peace of mind. You deserve the

best as does the world! Peace and love to All Forever…

The hardest thing to do may be to change your mind.

Despite how difficult it may be it is much better than living

in a mind that is not at peace. You owe it to yourself to live

in a world of peace and love. That world starts within your mind.

Break free of what we are not an become whom we have always been.

Change is not about becoming something new it is about becoming

comfortable in being whom you have always been.

Take away the hate, take away the fear, take away any addictions

or behaviors that do not serve you in your highest form.

Chop away at what you are not and then you will find whom

you have always been. A true warrior will find that he was his

own enemy. Being the peace and love that is your birthright

and true existence will clear away what you are not in doing so

finding the pure love that you have always been and will

forever be…

Statement : I can say is you don’t GET IT, Until you GET IT… (our lord Jesus and his joy he brings)

Response : We are that joy. We were born that joy and will return to that joy.

Being reminded of that joy from Jesus resonates within us with what we are

and have always been. We can be that Joy here on earth and we all have been.

We must learn to cut away at what we are not. The more we do that the deeper

are connection goes to all of the universe in which god consciousness is.

Once you got it, it will take commitment on your part to maintain a Good

connection I would add too ” you don’t GET IT,Until you GET IT.”.

In other words it is not like, “Oh, I got it, I Believe” thus this is all the lord wants

of me is to praise him. He does not want praise he wants you to live

the way of peace, love and joy for all of man and to all of the animals

and to all of earth and the universe. The more you live with that mentality

the more you will get “it” hence the spiritual journey is never a

destination that you “got” yet a place to be within you that you are.

By clearing away what we are not we will find what  we are and have

always been.

For the better part of nothing,

I found a clearing there,

with space to breathe,

a place so freed.

I found my solace there.

For the better part of nothing,

It  is more than blank I see

It is the white,

that frames the sight

around the objects that are to be.

For the better part of nothing,

all sound will travel there

it will amplify and fade

yet always return,

from where it came.

For the better part of nothing,

the non-touch of the touch

the subtle in between,

so light, so soft, so slow

yet felt beyond extreme.

For the better part of nothing,

no boredom do I find.

refreshed, reset,

rejuvenated,

I found my peace of mind.

The other day having read a post by a facebook friend of mine

“The best runners are the ones that can suffer better.” by Gary Allen,

an experienced marathon athlete /motivational speaker who has done

a sub 3 hour marathon in  5 consecutive decades. It got me thinking about

my views on this. Having read the responses, I  realized that I think

quite differently  then  many about this. I really don’t think there is one right

way or wrong way to look at it. Whatever works for you, works for you. I do think

in sharing our different views we can learn from one another.

Running to me is not about pain or suffering and not about shutting off parts

of my brain from feeling the pain.

Addiction is  about suffering and pain.

Running is not an addiction to me.

I worked hard to cure myself of many addictions.

I make sure running is not one of them.

I see running as a healthy habit.

Addiction in many ways is the embracing of pain as a form of pleasure.

Addictions give short term pleasure and long term pain.

Healthy habits are the opposite short term pain, long term pleasure.

When I run more  times then not, there is no pain at all just pleasure.

Yet,  to say there is no pain in running would be  a lie.

When pushing your self limits there is what I like to refer to as discomfort, not exactly pain.

I feel running addiction is something to beware of, something to watch out for in yourself.

It is easy  to go through life quitting one addiction then developing a different one.

The transfer of an addiction to running addiction could be a considerably tricky one,

in which you may think you are doing something good for your health.

We must check ourselves as to what we are running from here?

The root cause so to speak.

With many addictions we are doing a substance or habit to avoid some pain, yet

in return it is causing us  long term pain on top of the pain we are  avoiding.

In my mind, if running were to be about pain and suffering it would be almost exactly like  addiction.

So how does one suffer better  to become a better runner?

Initially my short sightedness did not see the truth in this statement.

To some it may mean suffering more and fighting through that suffering.

To others it maybe conquering suffering through engaging pleasure.

Either way the wisdom and words of the experienced athlete Gary Allen ring true.

I think with running and with much of life we will find that there are many different ways to do things.

It’s our jobs as individuals to find  out what works best for us.

So what is running to me?

It is my love and my passion.

It is  my gift to  myself as it is my gift to the world.

It is a constant attempt and pursuit to the  perfection of the mind, body and soul.

It is overcoming difficulty not  by adding suffering but by adding pleasure.

At times it reminds me of a hurricane where there is pain and chaos all around but,

if I  persist and push through the discomfort and see it in the best of light I will

arrive in the eye of the hurricane.

This is where I strive to go.

This is where there is peace and tranquility.

This is where I feel overwhelming pleasure.

I do not look for this perfect place outside of me, I look for it and find it inside of me.

Within this state of grace there is no pain, just pleasure.

Running to me is about love and pleasure.

This I find most powerful!

This is what I run with!
